So, what's better than one Ceviche Restaurant, like the one in Silver Spring? Two, of course. Latin Concepts has opened another Ceviche Restaurant location, this one in Glover Park. Executive Chef of Latin Concepts, Javier Angeles-Beron, will oversee the kitchen at both restaurants and the food is similar at the new location. Highlights include the Sorullitos de maiz rellenos con queso (traditional corn fritters stuffed with Gruyere Cheese), the Lomo saltado como lo hace Javier (beef tenderloin, tomatoes, red onions, fries and rice) and of course the ceviche is to die for. Very unassuming exterior, use to be an Austin Grill. If you see a big ‘Eat" sign on Wisconsin, stop on in. You won't be disappointed.
